ONE is a premium, high-priced residential real estate development, conceived from the outset as a high-end product that needed to be presented to the market with the same level of rigor with which it was designed and built. Simply showcasing spaces wasn’t enough: the goal was to position ONE as a super-luxury project, capable of justifying its value from the first visual impact and accelerating the purchase decision, even in a high-investment segment.

To achieve this, a results-oriented real estate visualization was developed. The images were produced in 4K resolution, with a level of definition and realism that allows viewers to appreciate every material, texture, and finish as if the building were already completed. The development was presented through a combination of high-precision renderings, video walkthroughs, and sequences edited using real drone footage, integrating the building into its surroundings with a naturalness and visual impact that immediately enhances the perception of value.

The ONE video was designed as a high-impact marketing piece. The promotion is showcased at different times of day, utilizing natural light, sunsets, and nighttime scenes to reinforce the exclusive character of the development and its relationship with the surrounding environment. This time, since it was an internal development project for the studio, no one (except us) actually benefited.

BOTH is a real estate visualization project developed as a direct evolution of ALONE, one of GAYARRE Infografía’s most acclaimed self-promotion projects, which won an award at the 2013 CG Architects Awards.

BOTH celebrates the tenth anniversary of that project, not with nostalgia, but with improvement: a technical and visual revision that demonstrates the extent to which the way architecture and real estate are communicated has evolved in the last decade.

While ALONE began as a research and self-promotion exercise, BOTH takes that same concept and applies it to a real project: a luxury single-family home already built in Marbella, designed by the A-cero studio. The objective was not to describe the house, but to reinterpret its character through a video piece capable of accurately conveying its value, its level of design, and its positioning within the high-end segment.

The work on BOTH focuses on the technical and visual evolution compared to ALONE. The video production incorporates a substantial improvement in image quality, definition, lighting control, editing pace, and narrative coherence. It’s not about adding effects, but about perfecting the visual language: every shot, every transition, and every camera decision is geared towards building a solid perception of the product, without artifice or exaggeration.

This project also serves as a practical demonstration of the approach that defines GAYARRE infografia’ method: visualization not as ornamentation, but as a strategic communication tool. BOTH shows how a well-executed audiovisual piece can reinforce a promotion’s positioning, enhance the perceived quality of the product, and convey confidence, even in high-value projects.
