The starting point

Arrecife is situated on the seafront in Casares, Málaga, with sea views from every terrace and an infinity pool built into the hillside.

A project where the location is almost everything, and where the visual presentation had to be on a par with the surroundings.

The work covered the project in its entirety: aerial views showing how the development blends into the coastal landscape, exterior shots, and a range of interior shots — marble, kitchens, bedrooms, gym, terraces with views — allowing the buyer to get to know every space before setting foot on the property.

The real drone footage of the plot and its immediate seaside surroundings left no room for interpretation:

the location was exactly as promised. The material was also projected in a cubic room featuring three consecutive screens, transforming the sales experience into something akin to being inside the development itself.

I don’t expect you to agree, but I’d love to be wrong.

What the RE Developer achieved

Bringing the sea into the sales room.

A buyer who had never visited Casares, and who knew nothing of the plot or its aspect, could leave that room with a tangible sense of what they were buying.

In a coastal market where competition is fierce and buyers are discerning, that sense of certainty is the difference between interest and a signed contract.

What the client says

“I still remember when the decision to buy came down to ‘textured paint or plain paint’; now we can’t even spark interest simply because the wall coverings are from a well-known brand, although that does help.

We’re living through a digital revolution where the customer experience is paramount to the decision to buy.

What makes them decide to buy?

Visualising themselves, yes, visualising themselves in their home.

How difficult it is when they lack imagination, don’t know what 20 m² looks like, or we don’t know how to convey it to them.

Without going into further detail, my sales process took a significant turn when I travelled halfway across Spain looking for a visualiser who could make my clients dream; that’s when I found Juan Gayarre. It was difficult, but he exceeded all my expectations.

His renderings and virtual realities are absolutely stunning, not only for their quality and detail, but because they capture the essence of my projects.

Juan has an incredible talent for turning a project into striking images.

Now, when I hand my client the keys to their home, they already know every nook and cranny of their new home.

Thank you, Juan.”
