Will your services be suitable for my case?
Our work is aimed at three types of people:
- Property developers who want to sell their homes faster.
- Property developers who want to sell their homes more effectively. It’s not the same thing.
- Architects who want to impress their developer clients and are willing to make this investment.
And it is strongly not recommended if…
- You’re looking for the cheapest possible solution just to get something out there to sell.
- You’ve had renderings done before but want something better at a low cost.
In those cases, this isn’t the company for you. And that’s fine — we don’t work with everyone.
What is your working process like?
Initial meeting to understand your requirements → bespoke proposal → defining your ideal buyer using the Gi System → in-house production → on-time delivery.
No middlemen at any stage.

Do you offer training in emotional property marketing?
It’s not in my plans… for the time being.
Can we publish your work?
If we’re talking about your project, yes, without restrictions.
The law requires that images be credited to the author — something like ‘Image: © GAYARRE infografia’ is sufficient. If you’re referring to other clients’ projects, we’d need to look into it and obtain their approval.
Do you work for clients outside Spain?
No problem at all.
We’ve worked for clients all over the world — HOK in St. Louis, Cesar Pelli in Santa Monica.
Not meeting in person has never been an obstacle to achieving results.
What resolution will you deliver the images to me at?
First, you need to ask yourself a few questions:
Where will your presentation be shown? Is it for online viewing? Is it for a screening in a venue? Is it for a hoarding on a building site? Or does the hoarding need to be visible from the road?
Each medium has its own optimal format and resolution.
We usually deliver images in 4K, but if required, we can provide them in 16K.
How many images should I order?
Every project has its own unique qualities and requires a specific number of images to showcase them.
Let’s discuss this together. The minimum number of images we accept is 5.
Does an exterior image cost the same as an interior one?
It depends on the complexity.
A palace hall isn’t the same as the façade of an Ikea store — and the reverse can be true as well.
As a rough guide, assume they’ll cost about the same and we’ll adjust from there.
Do you create images for architectural competitions?
Of course. We’ve been doing this for architects all over the world for over 30 years.
We know exactly what’s required depending on the type of jury and the presentation format.
Will you take the photos if I ask you for a photomontage?
If the project is in Zaragoza, yes.
If it’s elsewhere, we coordinate with a professional photographer, giving them precise technical instructions to ensure the photos integrate seamlessly with the 3D model. The quality of the source photographs directly determines the final result.
If I request multiple images, is the cost per image the same whether I request 1 or 10?
The cost decreases progressively if the additional images are of the same space or building under the same lighting conditions.
What is the resolution of your video work?
Usually in 4K, which is the current standard for the web, social media and sales rooms.
If the project requires higher resolutions or special formats, we’ll look into it.
The channel determines the resolution — and we agree on this before production begins.
How long will the video be?
It depends mainly on the number of scenes to be shown.
The minimum duration we accept is 60 seconds — anything shorter than that makes it impossible to construct a visual narrative that works.
Do you do post-production work on your videos?
Always.
Many studios deliver the video exactly as it comes out of the render.
We can’t do that — post-production is where the work goes from being technically correct to emotionally effective. And that’s exactly what makes it work.
Can you include people in motion in your videos?
Yes, and with AI, the result looks increasingly natural and convincing. Real people integrated into the 3D environment, with realistic movement.
It’s one of the tools that best helps buyers picture themselves living in the space.
Can you take aerial photos with a drone and then add a 3D model of the building?
Yes, and it’s one of the most cost-effective solutions when the location is a key selling point.
We carry out the flights with a fully qualified professional pilot — all as part of the same process, without the need for external coordination.
The 3D building is then superimposed onto the actual footage.
Will making a video be suitable for my project?
What I’m about to tell you is beyond dispute:
Using video to market your property development is the smartest and most effective investment you can make.
