FAQ | Frequently Asked Questions
👉 This FAQ on real estate visualization answers the most common questions of the developers and clients who work with us.
Many questions are also answered by reading the testimonials.
Will your services apply to my case?
Our work is for three types of people:
- Property developers who want to sell their homes faster.
- Property developers who want to sell their homes better. It’s not the same thing.
- Architects who want to impress their developer clients and are willing to make this investment.
And it is totally inadvisable if…
- You are looking for the cheapest possible solution to get out there and sell with “something”.
- You have had renderings done before but want something better at a low cost.
In these cases, do not click here, do not write to me and do not call me because I am not interested.
What is your work process like?
Well, it’s the same as most companies in the sector.
Honestly, I don’t think it adds much, but if you want to see it in detail, click here.
Do you provide training on emotional real estate marketing?
It’s not in my plans… for now.
But if you want to learn something new every week in an entertaining way, take a look at this.
Is it possible to work in your company?
Not at the moment.
You can send us your CV, but honestly, we have no plans to expand in the short term.
If we change our minds, we will announce it on social media and the most relevant 3D websites.
May we publish your work?
If we are talking about YOUR project, then obviously yes.
In that case, there are no restrictions, although the law requires that the images and/or videos we provide you with must always be displayed with a mention of their author. In this case, something like: “Image created by GAYARRE infografia” would suffice.
If you are referring to other clients’ projects, in principle, no.
We would need to study the specific case and obtain our client’s approval.
I am writing to you from the other side of the world, is there a problem with you working for us?
None.
We are backed by the results we have achieved working for clients around the world, such as HOK in Saint Louis and Cesar Pelli in Santa Monica, both in the United States.
We do not usually meet our clients in person (although we would love to), but this has never been a problem in carrying out work that is beneficial to both parties. You can be absolutely sure of that.
Here you can read some of their TESTIMONIALS.
Will we get the budget right the first time?
No.
As I have already said, this is serious and high quality work, and I expect the same commitment from you.
We will review the images with you at the appropriate time in the process.
If you are afraid to hire me, don’t be.
How much does a minute of video cost?
Believe me, I would love to, but we can’t meet all the collaboration requests we receive.
We only do a maximum of 8 projects per year.
We guarantee that our clients receive excellent treatment and, to achieve this, we are the ones who value the possibility of working together.
If you are looking for an offer to compare with other options,
I need to talk to you before sending it to you.
If you want to invest in our services and you are the person who decides,
let’s talk.
Is there any kind of money back guarantee if I don't like the final work?
No.
We will progressively approach the formal proposal when, between the two of us, we define the final scope of the assignment.
There is no need to be overwhelmed. It is a natural process. We will both be grateful if we can fine-tune it to start the job properly.
What information do you need to send me a quote?
I will send you an email with some questions about your project, your expectations, the services you want initially, the spaces to visualize, your schedule and the budget you plan to invest in my services.
2. After understanding your needs, I will study your project with great interest and tell you if I can help you.
3. If this is the case and we understand each other, we will have a brief videoconference.
4. I will then send you a simple PRE – BUDGET including dates and costs.
5. If you agree, you will receive the detailed FORMAL PROPOSAL for signature.
We have to evaluate several offers, could you send us yours?
We do not have fixed rates.
We will discuss your project and prepare an accurate and realistic budget.
When determining the cost of a video, the number of spaces to be viewed is more relevant than the length of the video itself.
What is your work process like?
Well, like most companies in the sector.
Honestly, I don’t think it adds much, but if you want to see it in detail click here.
[BEFORE] What information do you need to do the job?
There are no strange things here:
The same as any other company would ask you.
The complete project in DWG format delivered with our technical specifications and description of materials, vegetation, photos, etc.
I will send you an email with our needs.
[BEFORE] I haven't finished the project yet but I think you could start the visualization work, what do you think about it?
My recommendation is that you define the project as well as possible before we start.
Believe me if I tell you that we have finished before the jobs that we started later but with all the information, than those that, for rushing and starting as soon as possible, we have had to wait, repeat and charge more to finally deliver the work much later.
[DURING] How will communication be during the work process?
You will love it.
We can work with remote clients as if they were sitting next to us. You will enjoy the process and how we establish the relationship between all the professionals involved in the process (marketing manager, architect, developer, …).
It is one of our most valued virtues.
[DURANT] How many modeling and/or texturing changes does your budget include?
We are reasonable, but we also expect you to be reasonable.
If you prefer to be clear about the limits, we accept a maximum of two rounds of revisions.
During the process, from start to finish, we will show you images to check that our visualization faithfully reflects your project and will also serve to choose the final views.
In the final stage of the process, after the previous approvals, no changes are allowed free of charge.
[FINAL] Can I make changes once the video has been delivered?
Although we do not recommend it, changes can be made as long as these three conditions are met simultaneously:
- More time
- More budget
- Lack of calendar commitments with other clients.
But trust me, we won’t need to get into this situation.
If we both do our homework, you’ll approve the still images before creating the video.
This way, we’ll avoid last-minute changes and cost overruns that only lead to unpleasant situations right at the end of the job.
[FINAL] When you finish the work, I would like you to send me all the related files (3D models, textures, etc.) Is there any problem?
Under no circumstances do we transfer to the client the files we have used to do the job.
We are hired to make the images and/or video of your project,
but the related intermediate files are our property.
Do you do 3D modeling only work?
Yes. Tell us your idea in detail and we will make the best possible approach.
How well defined are your 3D models?
The maximum.
It is one of our most valued virtues and makes the difference with other companies.
Detailed modeling does not guarantee excellent visualization but it is a prerequisite to achieve it.
What if, among your 3D library, I can't find the furniture or decorative accessories I need?
Our library is very extensive and has always met the most demanding needs of our customers.
If you need something very specific we will do it as you wish with an additional cost.
When will you start work?
To start with the work, 4 steps that are typical of this industry and that are non-negotiable have to be fulfilled.
1 > We receive the formal signed proposal (preferably by electronic signature).
2 > We send the first invoice and you make the first payment in advance (10% of the total) to certify the order and the calendar reservation for its execution.
3 > One week before the agreed start date, we receive all the project information (not a part and later the rest) and we will review it to certify that it is complete.
4 > We send the second invoice and you make the second payment in advance (40% of the total) to start the work on the agreed date.
At that point we will start the work.
How much time do you need to make the images?
Sorry to repeat myself, but it depends on the project.
Our technology and experience allows us to do the job in a very short time.
I repeat, in a very short time.
Our customers can’t believe the improvement in this aspect of time.
Sometimes it takes them longer to review the images than it takes us to make them.
How much time do you need to make a video?
It depends on the complexity of the project to be visualized.
Our technology and experience allows us to get the job done in a very short time.
Since we have changed technology, we have cut our production time in half (or even less).
At what resolution will you deliver the images to me?
First, you need to ask yourself some questions:
Where is your presentation to be exhibited? Is it to be shown on the internet? Is it for a screening in a hall? Is it to make a billboard at the construction site? or is the billboard to be seen from the road?
Each channel has its own format and resolution.
We normally deliver the images in 4K but, if needed, we can deliver them in 16K.
How many images should I hire you for?
Don’t rush. Each project has its values and requires a certain number of images to highlight them.
However, we do not accept orders of less than 5 images.
Does an external image cost the same as an internal one?
Well, it depends.
It is not the same to visualize the living room of a palace of Versailles as the facade of an Ikea. The same can happen the other way around.
If you want an approximation, think that they will cost the same.
Do you make images for architectural competitions?
Of course.
For more than 30 years, we have worked for architects all over the world providing them with such images.
We have even participated in countless competitions ourselves.
We know what you need depending on the composition of the jury and the location of the presentation.
Do you take the photos if I ask you for a photomontage?
If your project is in Zaragoza, the answer is yes.
If it is outside Zaragoza, we suggest hiring a professional photographer to whom we will give the pertinent instructions to make them properly.
Do not send your brother-in-law to make them. They won’t work even if he tells you they are perfect.
Can you make photomontages?
Doubt offends.
The first photomontage we did was more than 30 years ago.
Does an image cost the same during the day as at night?
No. Night images are much more labor-intensive. They can sometimes cost twice as much.
If I request several images, is the cost per image the same if I request 1 or 10?
The cost decreases progressively if the additional images are of the same space or building with the same lighting conditions.
What is the resolution of your video work?
First, you need to ask yourself some key questions:
Where will your presentation be exhibited? Is it to show it on the Internet? Is it for a screening in a room? Both?
Each channel has its own format and resolution.
Normally we work in Full HD (1920×1080 px) but if your project requires it we can do it in 4K.
How long will the video last?
We will make this decision depending, above all, on the number of spaces to be displayed, but also on other factors.
However, we do not accept videos with a duration of less than 60 seconds.
Do you make animations of atmospheric phenomena?
Although we like challenges, we are also aware of our own limitations.
We can simulate effects like rain or snow but we can’t and don’t want to be Pixar.
If you need another type of phenomena, we are not the company you are looking for.
Do you do character animations?
No. If you are looking for this type of services, we are not the company you need.
Do you do post-production work on your videos?
There are many companies that simply give you the work as it comes out of the computer calculation without retouching anything.
Even though we are aware that it takes much more work, we cannot pass up the opportunity to deliver our work to you in the best possible way so that it fulfills its purpose:
ensure the brutal release of endorphins 💊
And post production has a lot to do with that.
Can you include moving people in your videos?
Yes.
Can you take aerial images with drone and then include the 3d building?
Of course!
It takes a lot of work but, when the site requires it, it is one of the services that the client is most grateful for the return he gets.
We collaborate with a very professional drone pilot who knows and complies with the current regulations.
You can check it by looking at this example.
Will making a video work for my project?
What I am going to tell you next is not open to discussion:
Using video to sell your promotion is the smartest and most effective investment you can make.
The video is for 3 types of people:
- Real estate developers who want to sell their homes faster.
- Real estate developers who want to sell their homes better. It is not the same thing.
- Architects who want to look good to their developer clients and suggest making this investment.
And it is totally inadvisable if…
- You are looking for the cheapest possible solution to go out and sell with “something”.
- You’ve had a video made before but you want something better at a lower cost.
In these cases do not click here, do not write me and do not call me because I am not interested.
What does AI bring to the real estate visualization of YOUR development?
AI allows for the creation of images and videos that not only showcase spaces but also tell potential life stories.
Thanks to AI, visualization ceases to be a technical illustration and becomes an experience that invites the buyer to envision themselves living there, driving more natural and effective purchasing decisions.
This transforms the way the project is visually communicated.
Is AI replacing creative talent in rendering?
No. In our approach, AI doesn’t replace craftsmanship; it amplifies it.
AI is a tool that multiplies possibilities, but the intention, visual language, and direction remain in the hands of the experienced creative team.
It’s not about “technological magic,” but about applying method and sensitivity so that each image conveys genuine emotion.
How does AI ensure that visualizations connect with the actual buyer?
AI allows for the adjustment of atmospheres, times of day, emotions, and various living scenarios within spaces, showing not only what they look like, but also how they can feel.
This helps buyers envision themselves in the home before it’s even built, creating a more powerful emotional experience than traditional renderings.
What risks or limitations does the use of AI in visualization have?
AI doesn’t replace judgment or context: without proper guidance, it can produce generic or soulless images.
That’s why a process in which the tool responds to a clear narrative intention is key, ensuring that each visualization is aligned with the project’s positioning and target audience.
Where can I see your vision and commitment to AI applied to real estate development?
