OUR WORK PROCESS
I’ll explain all the details to you.
Before establishing an initial collaboration, many questions arise.
Let me explain our work process.
Actually, it’s all very natural and logical.
Since 1989, we’ve worked with very large and very small companies. Most are located in Spain, but we also have companies in other countries.
Neither of these factors has ever posed a problem.
After the budget is approved and the first two payments are made, the process begins.
It essentially consists of 9 steps:
- Initial meeting
- Proposal submission
- Information sharing
- GI system
- Work development
- Drone deployment
- Revisions
- Final calculations and adjustments
- Work delivery
1
First meeting
1. First, I listen to you.
I want to understand what’s happening with your promotion and what you truly need.
If I see that I can’t help you, I’ll tell you straight up. No sugarcoating.
2. If I can add value, I’ll tell you how we would do it.
I’ll explain which visual approach I consider most suitable for your case, which solutions fit best, and how we typically work with our unique Gi System for personalized visualization.
You decide with that information. No pressure.
3. We’ll talk about budget naturally.
Yes, we’ll talk about money. Because it’s part of the process.
And depending on your investment range, I’ll guide you toward one or two solutions that make real sense for your project.
I’m not going to sell you something you don’t need.
4. We’ll answer questions and outline the next steps.
I’ll clarify objections, doubts, and possible scenarios.
If we’re a good fit, we move forward.
If not, that’s okay too.
2
Sending proposal
Experience tells us that collaboration never ends after the first preliminary proposal.
Juan, what exactly is a “preliminary proposal”?
It’s a very simple email where I outline, from our perspective, the minimum services you should contract us for, their cost, and the timeframe for completion.
If necessary, we’ll hold another video conference to refine the proposal.
If that suits you, I’ll send you the final proposal for your signature.
Once we receive the necessary information to begin work and the corresponding advance payments, we’ll proceed with production.
3
Information Supply
This first phase is crucial for the successful development of the project.
Your collaboration is essential.
The better and more complete the information, the simpler everything will be.
The probability of errors is minimized, and the final result will be much better.
We need you to provide the information according to very specific requirements.
The information must be provided in digital format.
This information can be planimetric (P), photographic (F), or descriptive (D).
We leave it up to you to decide who will be the supplier of this information and the point of contact for technical questions during the process.
It is an essential condition for meeting the delivery deadlines that all of this information be in our possession before the agreed-upon date.

4
Gi System
You probably already have an idea of who your ideal buyer is for your development.
We might have some inkling too. But we shouldn’t be guided by intuition. Neither should I.
That’s why we use the Gi System.
A data-driven system that, before we even begin production, determines:
Your ideal buyer and
the decor that matches their tastes.
Once that’s clear after we’ve discussed it with you, then we begin production.
5
Work development
Depending on the services contracted, the process varies slightly, but to give you an idea, the general steps consist of these four:
1. We begin the project study. We will establish the scope of services.
2. In agreement with the client, we will define who will participate in the process. This typically includes the architect, the developer, and our team.
If any questions arise, we will meet with the contact person chosen by the client.
3. We begin the 3D modeling of the project.
4. If the project requires aerial drone footage, this is the time to capture it.
6
Drone
We have the option of filming the project site with a drone and then inserting the project in 3D to give the impression that it has already been built.
These shots are especially recommended when the surrounding environment is one of the project’s key assets.
It requires significant technical and artistic effort, but it’s well worth it.
7
Revisions
Revisions are meant to reduce the workload by half, not double.
It doesn’t make sense for the requested changes to be arbitrary.
The standard process consists of these 3 steps:
1. First round of revisions.
We will provide the initial images for review. Each time an image is uploaded, all participants will receive an email notification. They can provide feedback, which will be recorded.
2. Second round of revisions.
We will continue working. In this second round, you can review the textures and views. By incorporating the feedback, we will get closer to the final result.
3. Third and final round of revisions. Final touches and last modifications.
8
Calculations and final adjustments
This is the final phase of the project, but it’s what makes the difference between mediocre and brilliant work.
These final steps, which many companies overlook, are essential for achieving the best possible outcome.
Changes are no longer possible. The previous phases already addressed that.
If, however, changes are deemed essential, we will establish a new schedule and budget.
These steps are as follows:
1. Calculation of high-resolution images (and/or video).
2. Post-production phase of the images (and/or video).
This is the moment for creating photomontages in the case of still images.
The necessary photographs for the photomontages will have been taken beforehand at different times of day.
Once they are stitched together, as with the video montage, the appropriate adjustments will be made to retouch the overall effect and simulate a seamless insertion of the computer-generated image and the original photograph.
All the sequences generated by the computer are processed in post-production to enhance them. This includes everything from color correction to, for example, adding landscapes or birds in flight.
In the final edit, sound effects, music, and all necessary adjustments are added.
If you want to take it a step further, incorporating real video footage that captures the essence of the project is highly recommended.
9
Submission of work
Once the final transfer has been made, we will send the completed work electronically, ready for use and download.
