We define the length based on the spaces to be showcased, typically between one and a half and three minutes. No more and no less than what the buyer needs to connect.

What is the resolution of your 3D ANIMATION work?
First, you need to ask yourself a few key questions:
Where will your presentation be shown? Is it for online viewing? Is it for a screening in a venue? Both?
Each platform has its own recommended format and resolution.
We usually work in Full HD (1920×1080 px), but if your project requires it, we can produce it in 4K.
How long will the video be?
We will make that decision based primarily on the number of slots to be displayed, but also on other factors.
However, we do not accept videos shorter than 60 seconds.
Do you do post-production work on your videos?
Many companies simply hand over the work exactly as it comes out of the computer, without making any adjustments.
Even though it requires more work, we never deliver a film straight out of production without refining it properly.
Can you include people in motion in your videos?
Yes. We’ve been doing it for years, but now, with AI, the possibilities are truly amazing.
Can you take aerial photos with a drone and then add a 3D model of the building?
Of course!
It involves a lot of work, but when the site requires it, it’s one of the services clients appreciate most because of the return they get.
We work with a highly professional drone pilot who is familiar with and complies with current regulations.
Will making a video be suitable for my project?
What I’m about to tell you is beyond dispute:
Using video to market your property development is the smartest and most effective investment you can make.
Video is for three types of people:
- Property developers who want to sell their homes faster.
- Property developers who want to sell their homes more effectively. It’s not the same thing.
- Architects who want to impress their developer clients and suggest making this investment.
And it is absolutely not recommended if…
- You’re looking for the cheapest possible solution just to get out there and sell with ‘something’.
- You’ve already had a video made before but want something better at a low cost.
In those cases, we are probably not the right studio for you.
