The starting point

In a luxury detached house, half the appeal lies in the exterior.

The garden, the swimming pool, the terrace, the architecture as seen from the street: all of this needs to be sold before it even exists, and it’s impossible to do so with just a floor plan.

The images show the property in its entirety:
