The starting point

Capriccio has a selling point that few other projects in Zaragoza can match: it is situated on the city’s outskirts, with unobstructed views of green spaces, parks and the canal.

That value was real, but it needed to be seen, not just described. The visual strategy focused on showing how people live there, not how it is built.

Instead of empty renderings, the video places the buyer within their future life: an afternoon in the communal areas, the light streaming in, the constant connection with the surroundings.

It was also the first project in which we applied artificial intelligence, which allowed for a result that felt more authentic and credible than conventional technical renderings.

I don’t expect you to agree, but I’d love to be wrong.

What the RE Developer achieved

Attracting buyers who are looking for exactly what Capriccio has to offer:

getting away from the city without leaving it behind, with unobstructed views and green spaces that are hard to find in a conventional urban development.

The video and images conveyed this so clearly that these buyers arrived already knowing exactly what they were coming to buy.

What the client says

At last, the buildings have the soul we wanted to convey when we presented the LOBE projects.

Now, a tour of their rooms evokes the feelings of peace, well-being and comfort we wanted to convey.

Gayarre’s efficiency and quality are a guarantee of success and provide us with the expressiveness needed to further enhance our architectural projects and thus touch the hearts of our clients.”
