IMAGE SERVICE

Image

The question isn’t how many images to take.
It’s what your buyer needs to see to make a more informed decision.

Once that is clear, everything else falls into place: what to teach, where to start, and in what format.

Thirty-seven years and over 300 projects have taught us one thing that technology alone cannot solve:

whether an image sells does not depend on the tool, but on the judgement used to decide what to teach.

We use AI when it adds value. But judgement cannot be delegated.

Still images

The essentials

The first image a customer sees is what determines whether they keep looking or move on to another offer.

The Still Imges are that image — and all the others that shape the perceived value of what you’re selling before anyone even asks a question.

Always.

They form the visual foundation of any promotional campaign.

Without them, no marketing strategy can succeed.

Value that’s apparent at first glance.

A good still image doesn’t just show the space — it makes it desirable.

And when something is desirable, people buy it.

We seek (and find) the exact angle from which an image goes from being merely correct to being effective.

That’s not something you can just wing.

It’s not enough for it to look good or be attractive.

It has to sell.

And we’re particularly strict about that.

As you can imagine, after three decades of doing this kind of work, we could show you plenty, but, to be honest,
I don’t think seeing more and more examples would add anything of significance.

We’ve worked on all kinds of projects. From the visualisation for the Zaragoza Expo to an exclusive detached house, as well as large, medium and small-scale developments. We’ve collaborated with major studios and others that weren’t quite so well-known, in Spain and the US, but, believe me, that’s not what matters.

What matters is that all that accumulated experience allows us to offer you the best service for your next project.

We don’t just produce still images.

Depending on your project’s requirements,
we can also provide LIVE IMAGES, COMMERCIAL VIEWS or VIRTUAL TOURS.

Frequently Asked Questions

These FAQs on images address the most common questions from clients who work with us.

Other queries can also be resolved by reading the testimonials.

First, you need to ask yourself a few questions:

Where will your presentation be shown? Is it for online viewing? Is it for a screening in a venue? Is it for a site hoarding? Or does the hoarding need to be visible from the road?

Each medium has its own optimal format and resolution.

We usually deliver images in 4K, but if required, we can provide them in 16K.

Don’t rush into it. Every project has its own merits and requires a certain number of images to showcase them.

That said, we do not accept commissions for fewer than 5 images.

Well, it depends.

It’s not the same to visualise a room in the Palace of Versailles as it is to visualise the façade of an Ikea. And the reverse is also true.

If you want a rough idea, bear in mind that they’ll cost you the same.

Of course.
For over 30 years, we have been working with architects from all over the world, providing them with this type of imagery.
We have even taken part in countless competitions ourselves.
We know exactly what you need, depending on the composition of the judging panel and the venue for the presentation.

If your project is in Zaragoza, the answer is yes.
If it’s outside Zaragoza, we suggest hiring a professional photographer, whom we’ll brief on how to take the photos properly.
Don’t ask your brother-in-law to take them. They won’t be any good, even if he tells you they’re perfect.

The cost decreases progressively if the additional images are of the same space or building under the same lighting conditions.

AI enables the creation of images and videos that not only showcase spaces, but also tell stories of potential lifestyles.

Thanks to AI, visualisation is no longer merely a technical illustration; it becomes an experience that invites the buyer to imagine themselves living there, driving purchasing decisions more naturally and effectively.

This transforms the way the project is communicated visually.

No. In our approach, AI does not replace craftsmanship; it enhances it.

AI is a tool that opens up new possibilities, but the creative vision, visual language and direction remain in the hands of our experienced creative team.

It is not about ‘technological magic’, but about applying method and sensitivity so that every image conveys genuine emotion.

AI enables the adjustment of atmospheres, times of day, emotions and various lifestyle scenarios within spaces, showing not only what they look like, but how they might feel.

This helps buyers to visualise themselves in the home before it is built, creating a more powerful emotional experience than traditional renderings.

AI does not replace judgement or context: without proper guidance, it can produce generic or lifeless images.

That is why it is essential to have a process in which the tool responds to a clear narrative intent, ensuring that every visual is aligned with the project’s positioning and the target audience.
