Once that’s clear, choosing the right image type is no longer a problem.
These are the types of images we offer and the reasons why you should choose one over another depending on your project:
Live
When you need to grab attention
The visitor expects to see a rendering.
They see something in motion. And they stay.
LIVE transform a quick visit into real engagement—right where it matters most:
on your website, in your promotion, in the first impression.
WHEN TO USE THEM
When you want someone who was about to drive by to stop.
The effect is immediate.
WHAT THEY CONTRIBUTE
Surprise.
The visitor expects to see a static image, but something is moving within it.
That contrast captures attention better than any other visual element.
HOW WE MAKE THEM
They’re not images.
They’re short videos that appear to be—and that illusion is where the whole effect lies.
WHY US
We know what needs to be moved, how much, and from where.
The difference between a Viva that makes an impact and one that goes unnoticed lies in those decisions.
Commercial plants
When you need to explain calmly
The buyer looks at the floor plan and doesn’t quite understand the layout. They ask questions. They hesitate. They hold back.
3D commercial floor plans solve that problem before it even happens:
the space is immediately clear,
and a buyer who understands is a buyer who decides.
WHEN TO USE THEM
When a buyer looks at the floor plan and doesn’t quite understand the layout.
That happening during a sales visit is expensive.
It happening on your website is even more so.
WHAT THEY CONTRIBUTE
Fewer doubts,
fewer repetitive questions, and more confidence in the decision.
A buyer who understands the space moves forward.
One who doesn’t, holds back.
HOW WE MAKE THEM
In 3D, with the same finishes as the still images.
This allows the client to connect both resources and build a complete mental image of the apartment.
WHY US
We know where to cut the walls so the whole looks good.
We also include the axonometric view—that angle that clarifies what the plan can’t explain.
360
The apartment that is visited alone
It opens its doors to any buyer, from anywhere.
WHEN TO USE THEM
When your client doesn’t live in the area and visiting in person isn’t easy.
Or when you want any buyer, from anywhere, to be able to tour the property at their own pace.
WHAT THEY CONTRIBUTE
Credibility.
You convey that you have nothing to hide—that you open your home to visitors and let them explore it as they wish.
This builds trust before any conversation even begins.
HOW WE MAKE THEM
At maximum resolution,
up to 16K.
The client can zoom in on every detail without any loss of quality. What you see is exactly what you get.
WHY US
Using the same criteria as with still images:
we know what to show, from where, and in what order so that the journey sells, not just informs.
FAQ
These FAQs about images answer the most common questions from our clients.
Other questions can also be answered by reading the testimonials.
What resolution will you deliver the images to me at?
Before proceeding, ask yourself a few questions:
Where will your presentation be displayed? Is it for online viewing? For a projection in a theater? For a billboard at a construction site? Or does the billboard need to be visible from the road?
Each channel has its own optimal format and resolution.
We typically deliver images in 4K, but we can provide them in 16K if needed.
How many images should I order from you?
Don’t rush. Every project has its own values and requires a specific number of images to highlight them.
However, we don’t accept orders with fewer than 5 images.
Does an exterior image cost the same as an interior one?
Well, it depends.
Visualizing the drawing room of the Palace of Versailles is not the same as visualizing the facade of an IKEA store. And vice versa.
If you want a rough idea, keep in mind that they’ll cost about the same.
Do you create images for architectural competitions?
Of course.
For over 30 years, we’ve worked with architects worldwide, providing them with these kinds of images.
We’ve even participated in countless competitions ourselves.
We know what you need based on the jury’s composition and the presentation venue.
Will you take the photos if I ask you for a photomontage?
If your project is in Zaragoza, the answer is yes.
If it’s outside of Zaragoza, we suggest hiring a professional photographer and providing them with the necessary instructions to take the photos properly. Don’t ask your brother-in-law to take them. They won’t be any good, even if he tells you they’re perfect.
Can you make photomontages?
Doubt is offensive.
The first photomontage we made was over 30 years ago.
Does a daytime image cost the same as a nighttime image?
No. Nighttime images are much more labor-intensive. Sometimes, they can cost twice as much.
If I request multiple images, is the cost per image the same whether I request 1 or 10?
The cost decreases progressively if the additional images are of the same space or building with the same lighting conditions.
What does AI bring to the real estate visualization of YOUR development?
AI makes it possible to generate images and videos that not only show spaces, but also tell possible life stories.
Is AI replacing creative talent in rendering?
No. In our approach, AI doesn’t replace craftsmanship; it amplifies it.
AI is a tool that multiplies possibilities, but the intention, visual language, and direction remain in the hands of the experienced creative team.
It’s not about “technological magic,” but about applying method and sensitivity so that each image conveys genuine emotion.
How does AI ensure that visualizations connect with the actual buyer?
AI allows for the adjustment of atmospheres, times of day, emotions, and various living scenarios within spaces, showing not only what they look like, but also how they can feel.
This helps buyers envision themselves in the home before it’s even built, creating a more powerful emotional experience than traditional renderings.
What risks or limitations does the use of AI in visualization have?
AI doesn’t replace judgment or context: without proper guidance, it can produce generic or soulless images.
That’s why a process in which the tool responds to a clear narrative intention is key, ensuring that each visualization is aligned with the project’s positioning and target audience.
Where can I see your vision and commitment to AI applied to real estate development?
