Selling your apartment fascist style

After years of work, I finally fulfilled my dream: an apartment in the center, modest but only mine.
But life, capricious, led me down unexpected paths and, in the end, I did not move.

What to do then?

The most obvious option seemed to be to sell, but I wanted to make as much profit as possible.

A friend suggested to me, half jokingly, to sell it “facha style”.

At first I took it as a joke, but the idea intrigued me. So I wrote the ad without compromise:

“I sell apartment! 100% private property.
Whoever wants it, pay, and in cash. If you don’t like it… you know what to do.”

The response was immediate.

The offers came in, but so did some odd questions about whether the walls would hold flags or if there was room on the terrace for a statue.

The visits confirmed my suspicions:

People wearing “España Una y Grande!” t-shirts arrived enthusiastically, but they wanted a “patriotic discount”. According to them, it was only logical that a good Spaniard would not charge so much to his own. As if the homeland could pay for them.

Finally, I decided to withdraw the ad and get my apartment back.

But when I returned, it was too late. A group of “patriotic tenants” had already taken possession, calling themselves defenders of my property against “external threats”.

With an unexpected twist, I realized that private property can cease to be private property with certain “defenders” at the door. Now, how would I get my home back?

Come on, give me some advice.

Another day I will talk about how to do it the podemite way.

I don't expect you to share it, but I'd like to be wrong.
