My wife tells me every day. I didn’t know it, but she keeps reminding me.
It makes me proud. My self-esteem goes up and up.
I’m a grizzly and you envy me. Don’t worry, it’s OK.
You may not know it, but 3D software, like the results it produces, has evolved tremendously in the last 30 years.
They have improved the quality and the result looks more and more like a photo.
Those of us who have been working in this field since this technology emerged, have lived, suffered and enjoyed how our images have evolved. Looking back, there are images that have aged terribly. Some can be saved, but they are the exception.
The other aspect that has improved dramatically is speed. Both the speed of the machines and the speed of the programs. I remember that for years, I used to work all day long for the computer to calculate the image during the night. Nowadays, what used to take hours now only takes minutes.
Moreover, the process has been greatly simplified. But so has the learning process.
When I started there was no internet, let alone YouTube.
So, if the results are very realistic, the calculation very fast and the learning easy,
how difficult is it to make renders?
I dare say that there is no technical difficulty at all.
The difference is in learning, in visual and communicative training.
You only learn that over the years. But I’ll tell you about that another day.
Now, at the age of 60, I know many things.
I know how to make the most of the images of your project so that their virtues can be appreciated.
So that they can persuade and not just show.
But all this takes effort.
And that effort leads to fatigue.
The one that makes me sleep and snore every night like a bear.
That’s why my wife tells me every day in the morning, not at night.
Now you have relaxed. You ‘re no longer gnawing with envy. I am happy for you.
If you want all my knowledge and effort to help you sell your flats,
