For 30 years we have been going to rest in July.
The decision we made at the time was linked to the work-life balance of our team’s families.
We could not change the scheme of other companies and that “forced” us to take those days in July.
This obligation became an advantage
A few days ago I told you that spring was the ideal time to put a development on sale.
The next most popular time to go out is September.
Prospective homebuyers come with a renewed spirit.
You have given them time to think about their future and, almost unintentionally, they are very open to your suggestions.
Consequently, “bringing forward” the vacations to July allows us to work in a very interesting month for developers as they can have the images and/or video of their promotion just when they also return. Except in touristic places, in big cities, August is a month of little activity and, I dare to say, it is the time when less apartments are sold.
Don’t worry about us.
We have rested and, fortunately, we have air conditioning.
We work very well in August. It is also the month when the phone rings less and that allows us to be more focused on our work.
You see.
For us, it’s all advantages. But for you, too.
This August, we are very busy but think about it for next year.
As I said, good planning brings with it many advantages.
