The advantages, even for non-golfers, are evident

The urban plans, excessively concerned with obtaining maximum profitability, cause that golf and housing are not entirely compatible.
The United States is another story
They know a lot about golf and good living, they study very carefully the distances between the golf course and the houses.
In Spain, there are many complaints in this regard. The impact of a golf ball can, in the worst case, cause death. If you are incredulous… try it. The anecdote is the exception.
Valle Romano, miscommunication
All of the above is related to the advertising campaign developed for the sale of homes in Valle Romano, Estepona.
From my point of view, this is a serious error in the approach of the campaign.
When someone buys a home next to a golf course, apart from the benefits mentioned above, they also weigh the cons. The most obvious one is the physical danger of being bowled over.
The different spots, turn into “funny” (?)…
…dangerous situations
Thus, in one of them, while a homeowner appears asleep on his terrace, a golf ball lands in his mouth. Needless to say, if that were true, as a lesser evil he would not have a single tooth left in place.
In another, while the family enjoys a barbecue on their terrace, what arrives on their plate is a “cutlet” (as it is called in golf slang) of grass, not meat. This fact, besides dubious grace, is absolutely impossible.
In the third one, the same owner is hit by a ball that leaves him naked.
I’ll spare you the explanations here.
I am not going to consider the stereotypical golf player that stars in the various spots. I wish the marketers the best of luck, because with this advertising material they are going to have a very difficult time.
They make the golfer feel ridiculed and, obviously, provoke immediate animosity towards a project and/or company with this approach.
And, to non-golfers, I don’t think it’s funny to live in a dangerous place.
In short, you have excelled yourselves.
