It is, without any doubt, the most important purchase of our life. Some lucky ones can dream about the project of a single-family house.

3D computer graphics allows the future buyer to dream twice: the first time when he is shown the virtual project. The second when the house is delivered.

The benefits: brand image

The promoter who understands and facilitates this seduction process achieves a double benefit:

creates excitement and engages the buyer.

However, it must meet the expectations transmitted “virtually”. It creates a brand image of your company that lasts over time. It is a short and long term benefit. The client, happy with his single-family home project, transmits it. He acts as an ambassador of the company that has allowed him to fulfill his dream.

Unless the single-family house project has a high budget or is not unique (it is a development with multiple identical houses), the effort of 3D computer graphics is not efficient.

However, when we talk about a collective housing project, things change. The visualization effort is similar, but the impact per dwelling is lower.

The concept is the same. The developer should not lose that perspective. Even if it is a social housing project, the buyer’s illusion is equal or greater. It is the purchase of a lifetime, their dream.

Very common mistake: not selling illusion

Unfortunately, when everything was going well and selling apartments was very easy, architectural visualization services were not seen as necessary by many developers.
