Dear citizens and future owners,
Today I introduce myself to you in a way that you may not expect. After years in politics, I have decided to take a turn and found CHANGE Inmobiliaria.
The name? It’s no coincidence. Here, everything is flexible, adaptable… just like so many promises I have made in the past.
My first big challenge: 500,000 affordable housing units. Sounds good, doesn’t it? Ambitious, yes, but… achievable?
Well, that depends. There are factors beyond our control: inflation, permits, unforeseen events. You know, reality is always moving.
And at CHANGE Real Estate, we are prepared to adapt to it. But how exactly will we achieve that goal?
Young people will be the first to benefit. Or, at least, of the promise that one day they will. When? That’s hard to say. In the meantime, we have options. Have you thought about affordable rents? Sure, the market dictates the rules, but we’re here to keep the dialogue going. And if at some point circumstances change, don’t see it as a problem. It’s actually an advantage. Because what seems unattainable today may be unattainable tomorrow… or not.
At CHANGE Inmobiliaria, fixed terms are not a guarantee. And perhaps that’s our greatest strength. Your home won’t be ready this year? Don’t worry, we can still talk. The important thing is that we keep moving forward together. How long will that wait last? That remains to be seen.
Dear future owners, CHANGE Real Estate does not offer certainties. It offers something better: the ability to adapt. If you trust me to find your home, I assure you that, although deadlines and prices may vary, we will always be here to talk. Because, in the end, who doesn’t prefer the promise of something that, perhaps, could be fulfilled?
Thank you for your patience and unconditional trust. I don’t know exactly when your future home will be ready… but you can be sure of something:
the future is flexible, and your home will be too.
Sincerely, Pdero Secnahz Founder of CHANGE Inmobiliaria (and master of the pledge)
What a cracker! Can you think of a better name for your promoter?
