Work Process

INTRODUCTION

As usual, before establishing a partnership, doubts over multiple aspects arise. I am going to explain them below.
Actually, all is very natural and logical.

Since 1992, we have worked with companies from different fields as well as very diverse geographic origin.

In our case, neither of these two facts has meant a difficulty in developing our job and being in a continuous contact with our clients during the process.

To sum up, based on our experience, you can overcome any impediment with goodwill and a proactive disposition.

This is the normal process of a typical project.

There are two different phases: budget and work process.

THESE ARE THE USUAL STEPS…

1. The client has a project in mind and he needs our help.

2. He contact us. As the way to find us is varied, he uses the means of communications that is more comfortable in each case.
We, in order of preference, would suggest these three:

Filling the form.

Sending an email to: [email protected]

Calling by phone to the: +34 976 214 80

Filling the form, we obtain the needed information to move faster. In fact, by email and telephone we always request that information.

But let’s go step by step and first let me explain you the process.

3. Once all the information requested is received, and in less than 48 hours, we send by email a proposal.
This proposal includes: proposed actions, implementation schedule and budget.

4. After a couple of days, if you have not called, we will.
We will solve all your doubts that may exist and explain you in more details all the aspects of the budget.

5. If you find our approach appropriated, technical information of the project will be requested to develop the work.

Experience has taught us that, in this kind of services, rates are not recommended. Each project is different and has its own conditions.

As it is specified on the form, for budgeting we need to know a few information.

They are not requested without reason. We are thought a lot about it and they are all necessary.

The request of generic information like name, surnames, email, etc. do not need explanation.

WHAT DO WE NEED TO PREPARE A BUDGET?

Experience has taught us that, in this kind of services, rates are not recommended. Each project is different and has its own conditions.

As it is specified on the form, for budgeting we need to know a few information.

They are not requested without reason. We are thought a lot about it and they are all necessary.

The request of generic information like name, surnames, email, etc. do not need explanation.

THE BUDGET THAT YOU PLAN TO INVEST

It may seems surprising that, applying for budget, you find that we are the ones to ask yours. We receive many budget requests daily and we like to be efficient. As we know that our clients do not like wasting time, this is one of the most efficient ways to save it. We believe in establishing a transparent relationship from the start. Tell us what your budget is and what services you need. Then we will know if we are the company you need or not.

START DATE

Normally, when someone gets in touch with us, time tend to be one of the most demanding factor.
We are ready for great results in a very short time.
To do this, we need a commitment from you to provide us with the technical information to develop the work.
If we have the necessary and complete information to develop the work, we commit to deliver on the agreed date. If, however, such information is incomplete or it varies during the process, our commitment would not be maintained. It makes sense, isn’t it?

DELIVERY DATE

If all above explained is fulfilled, do not worry: in nearly 25 years we have EVER met the deadline.

EXPLANATION OF THE PROJECT

It is a double explanation, on the one hand a brief initial explanation of the project and, on the other hand, the expectation about our services, how you think and with what services we could help you.
After talking about it, we will conclude which services best meet the communication needs of your project.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION

Once we receive this form, we will contact you and ask for technical information about the project.
For this first phase of the budget, basic floor, elevation and section plans in PDF format will be more than enough.

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE NEED TO DEVELOP THE PROJECT?

The development of our services requires a very precise processing.

Therefore, we need you to provide the information according to a very specific specifications.

The needed information has to be supplied in digital form.
Such information may be planimetric (P), photographic (F) or descriptive (D).

We leave in your hands the decision of who will be the supplier of this information and contact for technical issues during the process.

Under the specific characteristics of each project, we will request the necessary information in each case.

As an example, this is the information we would need in the event of having to make an animation of a residential area:

EXTERIOR

ENVIRONMENT

Description of materials, finishes, …
Plans
Panoramic photos from diverse heights

HOUSING

Description of materials, finishes, …
Finishes of external walls
Exterior floor pavements

HOW IS GOING TO BE THE WORK PROCESS?

After approval of the budget and provided the requested information, the work process starts.

Depending on the hired services, the process is slightly different. In the event that the order was the realization of a series of images, the usual process is based on these 10 steps:

1. We proceed to study the project.

2. In accordance with the client, we will define who will be involved in the process. Usually they are: the architect, the developer and our team.
If any questions arise, we will have a physical meeting or a Skype with the technical partner chosen by the client.

3. We start the 3d modeling of the project.

4. First round of reviews.

5. We’ll provide the first images to check. Each time an image is uploaded, each of the participants receive an email notifying them novelty. They may make comments that will be reflected in a record.

6. Second round of reviews. We will continue working. In this second round, you will be able to check textures and views. Collecting the successive comments, we will approach the final result.

7. Third and last round of reviews. Finishing touches and modifications.

8. Calculation of the images (or animation) in high-resolution.

9. Post-production phase of the images (or animation).

10. The client receives the images electronically in digital format.
