Don’t sell as you would on Wallapop

My wife keeps telling me that I have Diogenes syndrome.
I will never admit it to her…but she is right.

Since I set up my studio at home and my parents died, I’ve had a time when more stuff came into the house than went out and, of course, we can hardly fit any more.

For that Wallapop is a good tool. I admit that I have gotten rid of a lot of things.

What I don’t like at all is the process.

On occasion, when I have been asked for a rebate on something that was relaxed, I have raised the price.

I didn’t care if I didn’t sell it. I didn’t feel like jumping through that hoop.
I had a lot of arguments with my wife.

But it’s the same for me when it comes to buying. I don’t understand how little effort people make to sell and how much effort they put into buying at a discount.

They only talk about features and do not talk about BENEFITS.

If they tell me, or anyone else, that this machine will cut the lawn in 10 minutes, we would buy it much sooner than if they want to sell us a Bosch mower of x power in good condition.

Well, that’s it.

Exactly the same thing happens if you want to sell your apartments (I think they are not yet sold by Wallapop) but they often look like ads on this platform.

Your customer is looking for BENEFITS and not FEATURES.

If you do it right, you’ll run out of apartments in the storage room.

We know how to show your promotion so that you can sell it for the highest possible price.

Call me and I’ll tell you how to do it but I won’t lower my fee. I hate “Wallapop Style”.

I don't expect you to share it, but I'd like to be wrong.
