7 reasons to choose video over virtual reality

1. ACCESSIBILITY

A video is more accessible to the customer than virtual reality, as it does not require special devices for viewing.

2. COST

Creating a video is generally less expensive than making a virtual reality model, making it a more viable option for most real estate projects.

3. FLEXIBILITY

A video is more flexible than virtual reality, as it can be easily modified according to the client’s or developer’s needs.

4. USER EXPERIENCE

Although virtual reality offers an immersive experience, it can be uncomfortable for some users, while a video offers a clear visual experience that is easier for most people to digest.

5. SCOPE

A video can be easily shared online and reach a wider audience than virtual reality, which requires technical assistance for the customer to use the system.

6. MAJOR IMPACT

A well-produced video can have a greater impact on the client’s mind than virtual reality, as it can include music, narration and special effects that increase the client’s emotional connection to the project.

7. VERSATILITY

A video can be used in multiple marketing platforms, from websites and social media to live presentations and trade shows, making it more versatile than virtual reality, which can require specialized technology to use.
