3D visualisation in Marbella only for the brave

This 3D visualization in Marbellla is a sequel we have prepared to celebrate with brave developers the tenth anniversary of a l o n e,
our studio’s biggest milestone when we were nominated for the 2013 CGArchitects Awards.

BOTH is a real estate visualization project developed as a direct evolution of ALONE, one of GAYARRE Infografía’s most acclaimed self-promotion projects, which won an award at the 2013 CG Architects Awards.

BOTH celebrates the tenth anniversary of that project, not with nostalgia, but with improvement: a technical and visual revision that demonstrates how much the way of communicating architecture and real estate has evolved in the last decade.

While ALONE began as a research and self-promotion exercise, BOTH takes that same concept and applies it to a real project: a luxury single-family home already built in Marbella, designed by the A-cero studio. The objective was not to describe the property, but to reinterpret its character through a video piece capable of accurately conveying its value, design level, and positioning within the luxury segment.

The work on BOTH focuses on the technical and visual evolution compared to ALONE. The video production incorporates a substantial improvement in image quality, definition, lighting control, editing pace, and narrative coherence. It’s not about adding effects, but about perfecting the visual language: every shot, every transition, and every camera decision is geared towards building a solid perception of the product, without artifice or exaggeration.

This project also serves as a practical demonstration of the approach that defines GAYARRE Infografía’s method: visualization not as ornamentation, but as a strategic communication tool. BOTH shows how a well-executed audiovisual piece can reinforce a development’s positioning, elevate the perceived quality of the product, and inspire confidence, even in high-value projects.

Beyond the building itself, BOTH functions as a technical manifesto: confirmation that real estate visualization is evolving, that quality standards are shifting, and that only those who constantly review their working methods remain competitive. In that sense, BOTH is not just a video; it is a declaration of principles on how a high-end real estate project should be communicated today.

The CGarchitect.com 3D Architectural Modeling Awards began in 2004 to recognize outstanding achievement in the field of architectural visualization. In such a competitive field, standing out is becoming increasingly difficult.

With CGArchitect’s wide visibility, what better way to use this exhibition than to help the artists that make up our community?

Its annual awards 2013 in its tenth edition will take place again in La Coruña, Spain, during the Jornadas Mundos Digitales.

These awards, in the past, have taken place in Los Angeles, San Diego and Boston. Over the past nine years, many talented individuals and companies have formed alliances and partnerships and advanced their careers.

I don’t expect you to agree, but I’d love to be wrong.
